What We Do
WE is now a nonprofit offering hands-on programs to help frum women earn more — on their terms. Our focus is practical, values-aligned, and community-driven. We host monthly webinars led by women in the community with real expertise. We run career events, job fairs, and networking meetups. We’re launching a mentorship network and podcast. And we’re just getting started.
From entry-level job seekers to experienced business owners, WE exists to give women clarity, confidence, and access — all in a way that feels authentic and doable.
We are all about connection and supporting one another. It's one thing to find a great job, but quite another to feel supported in the process and figure out your next move without feeling pressured that you just have to keep hustling harder to make a parnassah. Balance is a big part of the picture for a frum woman in the workplace. So much depends on us. We're here to make it easier and help women feel truly supported in a way that is in-tune with our Torah values.

How WE™ Began
WE — the Women Earning Initiative — started with one evening that struck a chord. In the summer of 2024, we organized a grassroots career event for frum women of all ages. With expert presenters and intimate breakout sessions, it offered something different: real direction, shared wisdom, and a supportive space to ask the hard questions.
The turnout was overwhelming. It proved what we suspected — women were looking for more than course flyers and job boards. They wanted clarity, connection, and next steps they could trust. That night sparked a movement. And WE was born.
The Who Behind WE
Hi, it's so nice to meet you! We are a trio of Lakewood women who "just get it". We're like you - women who work hard, have families and are trying to juggle it all (without dropping any balls). We've come together to help support you the way we'd like to be supported. With friendship, no string attached and real understanding of the complex dynamics of earning a parnassah, whether it's a secondary or primary income for you and your family. We look forward to being here for you!
