Women at different stages of their careers—whether exploring options, growing professionally, or building something of their own—are matched with mentors who volunteer their time to offer practical guidance and perspective. How it works:
Sign up to receive a login to our Mentorship booking page, and find a mentor and time slot that works for you. As a new program that is offered FREE of charge, the number of mentors we offer access to is limited, but we hope to grow it over time so you can choose the perfect mentor that fits your needs. Our mentors are experienced women in business who generously are willing to donate limited 30 minute slots free of charge as a service to the community. We are grateful for their generosity and wisdom! Backgrounds include (as new mentors are added): finance, marketing, manufacturing, Amazon, import/export, employees and more.

Simi Mandelbaum is the Founder and CEO of PROSPR Financial Wellness, a financial therapy and coaching practice focused on helping individuals and families reduce money stress, build healthier financial habits, and gain clarity around their goals. With over a decade of experience, she combines behavioral insight with practical financial strategy to address both the emotional and logistical sides of money. Simi holds multiple credentials, including Certified Financial Therapist (CFT™), Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC®), and Financial Behavior Specialist (FBS®), and is known for her work supporting clients navigating complex money patterns, high cost-of-living pressures, and life transitions.

Her background spans finance, operations, customer success, and organizational design, with experience scaling staffing platforms, building international delivery models, and implementing infrastructure that brings clarity to complex businesses. Anna specializes in OpsTech—aligning financial architecture, data flow, and performance metrics so teams and numbers tell the same story. She is known for helping founders move from reactive operations to disciplined, sustainable growth, and volunteers her time as a mentor to support women navigating leadership, growth, and operational decision-making.
